Hi,
Bought a ticket to the Brew Fest that will be held at the Pawtucket Armory on Saturday, Jan 31, 2015. I plan to take the camera and take a few pics. Primarily of the equipment that is available now. It’s been 12 maybe 14 years since I made my own beer. So I’ll basically going to be starting over again. I still have the cans and the fridge and a few other things stuck up in the closet somewhere. I received my new dual tap tower a few days ago so I’ll install that on the old fridge.
I’d like to have a good ale, I’ll start off with my brown sugar ale, and some kind of an O’Douls clone on tap all the time. It’ll be interesting to see if I can come up with a decent non-alcohol beer on tap. We’ll see…
